We had an overall collaborative and positive experience working with Titus on our very large home renovation and addition. Josh and Mike treated it as a true partnership when we were in the building phase! They were consistently available and responsive throughout the process where we had to submit for permits through building and completion. We really appreciated their willingness to meet weekly to keep everything on track (even the construction build finished ahead of schedule which is unheard of!) Their team was flexible with our schedule and always willing to adjust as needed. They took the time to understand our needs and wants and what was non-negotiable vs. negotiable. They helped schedule meetings with all the different key players (electrician, the town, plumbing, appliance store, painting, etc.) which made our lives less stressful. Having the cabinetry built in house at Titus makes for a collaborative way to create space you want and easier if repairs need to be done! One recommendation: be very on top of everything. They are great collaborators, but things move quickly, and staying organized helps ensure everything runs smoothly. Ultimately, it is on you as the home owner to get selections picked out on time. Josh was great at recommending places and a good sounding board for cost checking and quality checking, but it definitely involves time and commitment to make selections and ensure what you are choosing works with the space. They have great connections in the area, which made the selections seem less daunting. You can tell that they value quality partners and are commitment to a client first experience. Titus Built did an incredible and extraordinary job remodeling our 100 yr old farmhouse colonial home. It was a complex job involving improving /gutting existing structures within the home, building a two story addition , and then melding it all together into one, all while maintaining the existing character . Titus approached every step of the job in a very organized professional fashion, and delivered the project on time and on budget . Their construction team and subcontractors were highly skilled, knowledgeable, reliable, trustworthy and careful. In addition, they always put us first: they fully accommodated our request to live in our house for 75 percent of construction , setting us up so that we could be as comfortable as possible with 3 young children; They also efficiently worked around our move out and back in dates so that our schedule remained on track. Because they were very good, I decided to call Jeff Titus for a recent job, which was installing all new appliances in my kitchen. I couldn't be happier about the job they did, running a new electrical line to the induction oven, unhooking the old gas line and shutting it down, installing a dishwasher, under-the-counter fridge, plus an 800 pound new fridge.
